FeatherFlight Badminton - Bellevue

I had a very disappointing experience at this facility due to unprofessional staff and a complete lack of safety management. Upon arrival, there was a man in a red coach’s shirt sitting at the front desk on a phone call. He completely ignored us—no eye contact or acknowledgment whatsoever. Naturally, I assumed he wasn't the receptionist and rang the bell for assistance. He eventually called for a staff member through the window, but then proceeded to glare at me and snap, "Hey, I’m sitting right here, can't you see me?" It’s impossible for customers to know his role if he’s just sitting there on a personal call ignoring guests. The court management was equally chaotic. The group next to us had about 8 people; they had bags and equipment scattered everywhere, and people were standing all over the sidelines. It was a major safety hazard. To make matters worse, after they finished, they stayed on the court chatting in groups until I personally had to ask them to leave so we could play safely. This place is poorly managed and the attitude of the staff is unacceptably rude. I won’t be coming back.

I had a really unpleasant experience at FeatherFlight Badminton. The smell inside the facility is very strong and off-putting, which already makes it uncomfortable to spend time there. On top of that, the staff was quite rude. We weren’t even allowed to sit off to the side while waiting for a friend, and the staff member especially Prasad kept coming over multiple times telling us to leave immediately. It felt unnecessarily aggressive and unwelcoming. Overall, the environment and customer service both need serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I had really bad experience at FeatherFlight Badminton. The first thing that stood out was the smell inside—it was pretty overwhelming and made it hard to enjoy being there. The layout also feels very cramped. The courts are squeezed in so close together that it gets crowded quickly, and there’s barely any space to sit down or even set your bag. Overall, the place just feels uncomfortable and poorly set up. I probably wouldn’t go back again.

I had a very disappointing experience at FeatherFlight Badminton. First, the court conditions are unsafe. The floor is extremely slippery, and during normal play my friend injured her ankle because of it. This is a serious issue that should be addressed immediately. Second, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. While we were still in the middle of our game, he started cleaning the court and interrupted us, which felt disrespectful and poorly managed. Lastly, the overall environment was unpleasant. The building had a strong, bad smell that made it uncomfortable to stay and play. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made to safety, staff behavior, and facility cleanliness.

Love these new badminton courts that just opened in Bellevue. Had a lot of fun playing a few games on their opening day and tried a few different courts. Great lighting and very high ceilings. Shuttle visibility is great too. All in all, a pretty solid facility!
